Marlene was an excellent real estate agent and was very accommodating despite how difficult my mom was as the seller. She was always available for me and helped me sell the house within all the parameters that were needed. She got us many offers and had it sold within the deadline that we needed and for a much higher price than we expected. Not only that, but the sale was for all cash and she let me know as we went on what I would have to do to make the house more sellable. Her person that she had us hire to fix the house helped turn it from an old-fashioned house into a more modern showcase. I would recommend her as someone to help sell a house or to buy one. Marlene really knows her stuff.
