Marley Presswood is one of the few people that can call themselves a Charleston Native. Marley is a passionate, driven, hardworking person. Being raised by parents in sales and luxury subcontractor stepfather, real estate was a natural progression for her. Quickly becoming noticed in the real estate industry, Marley was voted Best Of Mount Pleasant Realtor in 2020. Receiving over 100 hours of training in marketing, sales, and customer service each year by top producing realtors and coaches in the US keeps her well informed and at her best for her clients. Marley continues to be showcased at Tom's training for her video marketing. She also has coached out of state and in-state Realtors for social media marketing. In Marley's spare time, she enjoys many things. She has a love for Charleston's culinary experience. You will catch her at any of the culinary events held in Charleston, Wine + Food festival, being her favorite. Marley also loves to cook; she loves to find challenging recipes and host dinner for her friends and family. Outside of food, Marley loves to enjoy traveling and the outdoors. She enjoys heading to the beach, sunrises after the gym, kayaking with her father, and traveling to the best spots to hike (Hawaii addiction).
