1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Lets talk to make sure you are financially ready and ready to start. Also getting a pre-approval should be one of the first steps!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price, Preparation, and Presentation are the main things that will sell a home. If one of the three are not there it will take longer to sell and your will make less money on the sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Veterans, First Time Home Buyers, Land owners, Developers, Clients wanting to downsize or upsize. Helping buyers and sellers with investment properties. Helping with a vacation or second home. Also clients looking for retirement homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
First time buyers had worked with another agent in the area who would not give them the time needed to see homes and kept loosing out on homes. I was able to meet them and figure out there needs and within 3 weeks they were in contract with the home of their dreams.. These guys were so excited that this all happened so quickly.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
A friend told me while buying my first home 15 years ago you seemed to really understand this process. YOU should sell Real estate and 18 months later here I was a licensed agent. Been an agent for about 14 years.
