Mark helped us sell our home during the slowest time of the year--we closed in January of this year--by promoting our property through his extensive network at Berkshire Hathaway. He presented our home to his network's agents early in the day prior to officially listing it. That afternoon while the photographer was inside taking pictures a potential buyer walked through and later submitted a full-priced offer! Though that buyer backed out, Mark worked expertly in our behalf with other offers we received using creative contractual methods and negotiations enabling us to sell our home at a price very close to our asking price. Mark also uses premium support staff for the photography, as well as video (drone flyover), which made all the difference in how our home was professionally promoted. Mark is the best!
