We've dealt with many obstacles over that time including Covid lock-down, temporary relocations, and more than on family tragedy. Mark stood by us through all of it, picking the search back up whenever we had time to house hunt. He kept us up to date on what was needed to compete in today's market, found time in his schedule to ensure we got to showings, and walked us though each process along the way to our new home. In the end, Mark made sure our bid held every possible advantage and fought hard for us during final negotiations. He gave every effort possible to ensure we got into a home that really fits us.

He scheduled a time to meet with me after I got off work and we spent an hour or so going over the real estate market, my home search needs, my budget and how I could win in this competitive real estate market. He was so encouraging! I showed me how he had gotten other FHA buyers under contract in this market. I felt like he was the only Realtor that was willing to help me. I know have a home search set, he connected me with an amazing local lender, and has showed me a handful of homes that matched what I was looking for. ZillowVERIFIEDWe are first time Home buyers and our experience was an incredibly rough ride. Mark Wagoner has done an ok job being our realtor. My husband had originally reached out to Nick Wagoner but we were assigned Mark as Nick was on vacation, at least that was what we were told. A few pros and cons about Mark.Pros:1. Mark did a great job in communicating and relaying messages back and forth between us and the builder's agent. 2. He was good at sending listings per our requirements and scheduling tours as early as he can.3. He takes prompt action upon our request and tries his best to make sure things keep moving forward. Cons:1. Despite all the pros, Mark appeared to be new and naive in the field of real estate.2. Mark was clearly lacking experience to find a middle ground between the builder and the buyer. We had to shell out extra cash for every addendum that builder threw at us, while Mark simply took the builder's side. It is understood that COVID caused uncertainties for everyone but this cannot be the new normal where builders and agents throw everything at buyer.3. Although Mark was good at communicating, he never pursued action items proactively and did not come forward with ideas to negotiate deals fair and square for his customer. We heard cases from some of our friends that their agents were proactive and was able to alleviate problems for buyers. Hope Mark can work on this and help his customers more. Overall, We are incredibly disappointed in our journey with Mark and eventually with the Butler group.
