I will have to admit that the concept of a "One Day Sale" had me a little worried as a method to sell my home. However, I was in a bit of a financial bind and had to give it a try to sell my home quickly. Mark was patient when answering my many questions and scenarios.

Mr. Velasco was able to sell my mother's home in three miraculous days. He listed her property on a Thursday and by Sunday, we had two offers. Mr. Velasco advised us to go with the second offer. It was the best advise because they offered our listing price. Mr. Velasco kept us well informed through the whole process. He became very familiar with the city very quickly to help get the property sold. Mr. Velasco was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as a Real Estate Agent.
