I got to see the house that I eventually ended up buying about 3 times before I actually signed my contract. They were only a text message away every time I had any concerns of questions. Incredibly responsive. Everything was really smooth and easy when it came to paper work. I got a very good deal on the house thanks to Mr. Straka's negotiations. Mrs. Straka was also very thorough in her paper work and made sure I understood every document I was signing.
