She made good suggestions and explained many things to us especially since we were buying from out of state. We worked with her both online and in person. We gave her dates we would be in town and she had a list of properties all ready and setup for us to tour. Very efficient and responsive. After researching on-line for a highly reputable firm to assist us in purchasing an out -of -state home during a pandemic, we were directed to Jelena Roeck of YOUR HOME SOLD Guaranteed Realty. She was given a strict time line, budget, and town we were interested in. Then for approximately 3-4 weeks ahead of our arrival she was sent dozens homes were were interested in viewing. We gave ourselves one week to find the perfect home in our budget. And Jelena delivered! Not only did she go through our extensive list removing the properties they were in contract, but , adding a few we didnt see on-line.
