He then publicized it by writing an article about it in the local paper. Smart!He staged our older, family style home to highlight its features and give it more pizzazz. He even turned a bonus room into a charming playroom complete with a child-sized tent.He set a fair price and netted us multiple offers in a cooling market. ZillowVERIFIEDI can't recommend Cory enough to anyone looking for a real estate parter who is willing to go above and beyond throughout what tends to be highly emotional and often stressful experience of buying a home. My husband found Cory through Zillow and we all immediately established a great rapport. He quickly took note of our "nice to have" vs. "must haves", pointing out things we wouldn't otherwise know (i.e., a house that might get heavier traffic at specific times). Cory has excellent communication skills and was extremely flexible in meeting our limited availability (we were coming from Brooklyn with 2 young kids). As a SOMA local, he helped us get familiar with the different areas by taking additional time outside of viewings to drive around town. From start to finish we felt Cory was dedicated to helping us through what turned out to be a challenging buying experience due to a problematic seller and a complicated timeline (selling to buy / school / camp). He held our hand throughout the process and did whatever he could to push the deal forward - knowing that we really loved the house. Thanks to him, we are a little over a week in our lovely home.
