We interviewed several agents and selected Mark because of his professionalism, character and knowledge. We met with Mark several times prior to the actual listing date. He did a fantastic job marketing our house - photos, videos, floor plans - all put on the MLS system as well as other sites. The week before listing date, Mark out up a "Coming Soon" sign. The house went on the market on a Friday. By Sunday, there were multiple scheduled showings. By Wednesday, we had multiple offers - over asking price!! Mark guided us in making the selection from potential buyers. Mark was easy to work with. He responded quickly to our calls and explained everything to us every step of the way!
