My boyfriend and I were recommended to Mark Anthony for our big move from Austin to Vegas. At first I was a little nervous because due to surgery I had, we werent able to visit Vegas to view potential housing, so everything was in Mark Anthonys hands. Well not only did he go above and beyond for us, but he really exceeded our expectations. He knew exactly what we were looking for and didnt stop until he found it. He is honest, always responded right away to our questions and concerns, had our best interest at heart, and wouldnt let us settle for anything less than exactly what fit our needs and wants. The house we ended up renting is better than we imagined. The location, neighborhood, and house is absolutely perfect. This was truly the best experience weve ever had with a realtor and we highly recommend him! :)

I lived in Chicago prior to my move to Las Vegas. A friend referred Mark Anthony to me so I decided to use his services. He is very quick to respond to calls for information etc. I gave him my list(s) of needs/wants/deal breakers and a general description of where I wanted to live. After reviewing many properties on-line alone and then, with his help, he sent me many more. Upon reviewing several options we settled on a list of houses I would like to see. On short-notice, I flew to Las Vegas and he was able to pick me up and show me around. During that one trip, he had found the perfect house for me! We placed an offer the same day and I had immediate results. We were able to negotiate move-in dates and a few other small options but unfortunately, not the price. But it wasnt for any lack of trying! Mark Anthony was more than helpful and professional the entire time, assisting with forms and contracts, information on the local area, restaurants and shopping. Even after my return to Chicago Mark Anthony was able to coordinate the signing of all other contracts electronically and was able to put me in touch with the property manager when all was said and done. He is very personable and easy to work with. Id definitely recommend him to anyone looking for buy or rent a home! He made the difficult process of finding, seeing and leasing a rental home very easy.

Mark Anthony is FUN to work with! He has a great attitude and really keeps the process easy.
