Man I don't even know where to start with this review all I can say is that this man deserves a reward for putting up with me for almost a year now trying to help me to sell my house when I keep changing my mind and buy a house and relocate in another state I have never had a realtor go up to bat for me like this one has and I am just absolutely blown away that he has kept his calm and his coolness entire time and not just lost it with me completely I have changed my mind a million times and not done anything I said I was going to do on my end of it as far as getting the house ready for sale plus I've been a basket case it's been a really big deal for me since my family was totally against moving and I was really scared but in the end it worked out it has been a complete chaotic mess yet he managed to make it happen for me and I was able to make $100,000 off the sale of my home after he sold it in one week once I made up my mind and we now have it under contract now for $350,000 I'll be able to pay off my mortgage and my dream house in Michigan I am so excited and I am so appreciative of Mark for everything that he has done for me I couldn't have had a better realtor here in Colorado springs and he's amazing that must sound like somebody wrote that as a setup but as you can see I don't use any punctuation so it's the real deal I'm a real person this really happened LOL Mark I can never thank you enough from the bottom of my heart I truly am grateful for you it was meant to be I feel like God gave him to me to make this work out the way it did and it was just put together like the pieces of a puzzle and I can't even find the words to tell you how happy my daughters will be to grow up on 6 acres with their own lake.
