I accepted a new job in Chicago and needed to move my family from Los Angeles to Chicago. I was put in contact with Michael Samm, and he was fantastic from start to finish. We were on a tight timeframe and Michael was more than accommodating. We discussed our needs, and he then began to send us houses to look at that met our criteria. After finding some houses of interest, we did a video conference from Los Angeles with him to discuss the properties of interest where he then set up appointments for us to do onsite visits when we were going to be in the area over the holidays. Michael drove us around Chicago to give us the lay of the land and we looked at a number of properties. We did this again a few weeks later where we found a home we really liked. We made an offer that was accepted, had a timely home inspection and were able to close relatively quick. We were in Los Angeles during the closing so Michael Facetimed us during the final walkthrough to give us the peace of mind that our new home was in great shape prior to getting our keys.
