Mark is knowledgeable and helped us sell our condo in Auburn in June. He is responsive, patient and kind. He is never pushy and went above and beyond to help us stage the condo. Pictures were taken by a professional photographer and he helped us move out of the condo after the sale, which was more than what we expected. He drove to our HOA office to get the resale certificate when we were busy with work and paid for rush delivery on our behalf. He is the type of professionals who make you feel you can trust them with your home and alleviate the pain during the home selling process. When the buyer demanded a two day rent right away, he also paid on our behalf first. He is more like a family member than an agent.
