Lonnie helped us sell our house last summer. He did a great job of guiding us in the process and getting a great price for our house. My only regret is that we didn't use Mark and Darlene for the first four homes we purchased. As a seller's Agent, Mark was both aggressive and responsive. They met with us the same day we called them (a Sunday evening, no less) to list our home. He had a plan in place to ensure that our home sold quickly for top dollar -- and he didn't disappoint. As a buyer's Agent, Darlene worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home within a tight deadline. For an entire week she made us feel like we were her only client, taking us everywhere to pursue every possible avenue -- including building a new home. And when, at the last possible moment to avoid a short-term rental situation, the right house popped up, I think Darlene knew as well as we did that this was the home ... and she didn't waste any time helping us secure a purchase agreement. Too often in Real Estate it feels like the Agent is only working for a commission. With Mark and Darlene, they clearly were working for us. Never did we have a doubt that their number one priority was helping make both of our transactions smooth and seamless and ensuring that this next move is into a home that we will love years to come.
