We had a great experience with Mark. We decided to buy a vacation rental home in Gatlinburg. Each time we found a property, he promptly visited each home either the same day or the next. That was important in the hot market there. Since we reside in another state, he provided a video for the drive in, around the home, and inside. We ended up backing out of a closing after an appraisal and there was no pressure to continue, but rather supported our best interest. He was patient as we continued looking at several properties until we found the one. This is an investment property for us so negotiation was key. He went back and forth with seller's agent until we arrived at our target. Will use again if the first investment goes well!

Mark knows a lot about the market, he seems to be up to speed on all of the data that's out there, and he is really good at marketing your house. Having said that, in a so called sellers market, we came out on bottom of every single negotiation that there was during the entire process. We sold a house, and bought another house, I sat down with Mark and laid out every concern I had about the process, and he assured me that these were concerns that everyone had and that he knows how to work through them and there was just a small chance of any of these things happening. Well, every concern I had came to fruition, we not only bowed down to all of the buyers demands, but even when we pushed back, I didn't feel like Mark was taking that push back to the buyers agent. Our new house wasn't finished on time, but that is definitely not Mark's fault, but we asked about pushing closing back on our house to give our new house time to be finished and without hesitation, he didn't even make a call to ask he was just like NO we can't do that because the buyer has moving trucks on the way. Turns out I was displaced for 3 weeks living in my contractors guest house while my house was being finished, while the house I sold sat vacant, I moved into my new house before the buyer moved into the one I sold. Mark has a very nonchalant attitude which didn't work well with my personality I will acknowledge that, but I became fed up due to the situation and I did not feel like he was on my side.
