Get Mark to represent you immediately! Mark is a good listener, responds quickly and directly to any questions or concerns you might have. He must be a great negotiator because he recommended listing our property at a high price and two days later we got an offer at an even higher price. It doesn't get better than that. Mark made sure we understood all the documents, managed all the paperwork and details, and guided us through the signing process. Before we knew it, it was closing day. Plus, Mark is a very friendly, people oriented person and all-round nice guy. You can tell I am a very satisified client.
