It's been a year since we moved halfway across the country and into our new home (sight unseen!!!), and we couldn't be happier. This definitely could not have happened without Mark's help-- and he did a lot! We were referred to Mark by some friends in St. Louis who found their dream home a couple of years ago with his assistance. We were looking to relocate from the East coast, and visited six months before seriously looking. Nevertheless, Mark took us on a tour of several different suburbs and got to know us, what we were looking for, our budget, and priorities. We weren't able to come back until we were ready to move, so Mark took us on several virtual tours and offered his advice. When we found the house we wanted, he was extremely thorough in his own walkthrough, and bent over backwards to make everything work out for us. Seriously, from negotiating with the sellers to being able to recommend and coordinate with other experts in the area, we got a great deal on a great house through a lender we loved. He was with us for everything from inspections to repairs, and made plenty of phonecalls on our behalf to make our dream come true. Moving into a house knowing it was ours even before seeing it in person was a little intimidating, sure, and not for the faint of heart-- but we trusted Mark and, again, we couldn't be happier. It's a dream home in a lovely neighborhood, and I know if we ever needed anything, we could count on Mark to steer us in the right direction.

It was an amazing experience working with Elise. Being first time home owners the process can be super confusing and scary but Elise supported us the whole way.
