My experience with Mark Jaquith was perfect. Unfortunately for me, I was selling my father's home away from home after he passed. I did not live in the area and reached out to Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate via email and they assigned Mr. Mark Jaquith to me. I could not have asked for a better realtor. He was very friendly, kind, compassionate, and patient. Mark was more than willing to meet when it was most convenient for me since I had to travel 2 hours to get there. When we met, we discussed everything from the contents and how we could handle the sale/auction of them, to the property, and what he would do as my realtor. Any time I reached out via text, phone call, or email, I always received a response right away. Mr. Jaquith kept me informed as things progressed and went above and beyond to assist me with everything. I would highly recommend Mark Jaquith!!

We had messaged Mark about a house that we had been watching for months on end, and when he messaged us back he immediately got the ball rolling with the selling agent and was providing us with answers within the day. As first-time home buyers we knew absolutely nothing and Mark was there to answer every question we had about the process or how things worked. Buying our house took a lot longer than expected and we had tried multiple different ways, each one Mark helping us the best way he could and giving suggestions. He was always professional and very friendly throughout the entire process. He made the stressful house buying process an easier one, and always kept in contact.
