I am happy that I found Mark's YouTube channel and decided to give him a call, because he made the process of buying a new construction home smooth and stress free. A few reasons why I like Mark: Communication Skills: I was living across the country during most of my home construction process and missed out on seeing the progress of the build in person. However, Mark would frequently check-in on the building progress and would send me high quality videos and pictures to keep me informed. I appreciate how he made me feel like I was a part of the building process even while I was across the country.
