Mark Frisco

Mark Frisco, a life-long resident of Southern Maryland, is a Top Producing Real Estate Agent at Century 21 New Millennium. Mark is strongly rooted to the area with a lot of family and friends. Raised with a business mentality, Mark learned the fundamentals of success early on. Mark was employed at a young age with a family business where he learned exactly what it takes to be successful; be good at what you do and love doing it! In college, Mark studied Business and Marketing at Towson University and knew he wanted to become a successful and respectable business leader in his community. Using ideas from his classes and life experiences, Mark was able to help family and friend business owners reach their goals. Rick Mcnabb, prior owner and leader of "The Rick Mcnabb Team" and Mark's uncle, caught wind of Mark's desire for success and saw Mark's potential. The late Rick Mcnabb took Mark under his wing as an apprentice and taught Mark all the fundamentals of Real Estate as well as his trade secrets and strategies that he has learned over the years. Mark had found his calling. Using these newly acquired skills, along with his education and desire, Mark helped Rick and the team earn a minimum of a Gold Award from SMAR every year until Rick's passing in late 2010. Mark helped Rick close over 100 transactions and expand his business to the #1 Real Estate team in Southern Maryland! Today the team still operates their successful Real Estate business utilizing the same principles and beliefs as "The Rick McNabb Team," and is now known as "The Mark Frisco Team." As Team Leader of "The Mark Frisco Team," Mark is in charge of overseeing every transaction that the team closes. His negotiation strategies and methods are unlike other Realtors in the area and tend to have excellent results for his clients. He makes sure that each and every one of his clients feels that they have gotten a good deal on their home and have a pleasant experience whether they are buying their first home, stepping up, or down-sizing. He has the education, experience, and the naturally inherited drive it takes to get you what you want! Mark's focus is always on your best interest, not his own and undoubtedly not the cooperating party's agent.
