We just bought our second home in San Diego County. I met Mark Frattini through Biggerpockets during my military deployment. I was able to personally meet him after the day I came back. He is very honest, approachable, and patient with us especially with San Diego Market. For example, one of the offers got accepted and during inspection of the house, an issue was found and he recommended not to purchase the house. I met Mark via BiggerPockets forum. I first noticed him answering at lot of the questions and giving his input on things. I then posted something on BP forums... Mark replied. He gave me a valuable referral. A few months after I was ready to purchase, and Mark was quick to offer help. I scheduled to tour a house that had a lot of demand... it just fell out of contract, and was priced very competitively. Mark arrived early, and was able to inspect the home, thus when I arrived, he was able to give me good insights. I ended up not getting that house, because they wanted ALL CASH offer which I cannot do. But from that experience I new Mark was my guy. He was responsive, insightful, and knows what he is doing. He also has a calm and very easy personality which made me comfortable to work with him. I never felt pressure or uneasiness even as I started looking all over the map. I eventually had to stop looking due to overseas travel, but we kept looking at houses virtually. An offer finally got accepted and when into contact while overseas, and he made sure that we close without issues. Mark also knows my plans of getting a multi, and knows that I'm not ready, but he is helping me get there by giving referrals and ideas so I can reach my targets. I would recommend Mark to anyone especially to my friends and family.
