We had a lot of basic questions as this was our first time and he answered them patiently. He also checked in with us gently when we were taking a break from open houses for a bit and was not pushy at all. During negotiations with the seller, he gave us very reasonable advise and after closing, stayed in contact and gave us suggestions for contractors for renovations.
