The seller agreed to make the repairs that were found in the home inspection. Mark assured the repairs were going to be completed once the final approval was received. Needless to say, the seller did not make the repairs and a result I am stuck with over 25k in plumbing repairs. His response during the process was horrible. He was more interested in helping the seller instead of helping us. He became less responsive in helping us complete the process. He didn't even show up for the home inspection, he sent someone else in his place without even telling us ahead of time. I would not recommend him to anyone. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and misery and find you a realtor that is honest and looks out for your best interest rather than just making commission. If I could put no stars I would.

He was good at negotiating price.Once we had found a home he was a lot less responsive in helping us complete the process.He suggested a mortgage rep for us and stated we would save on closing costs to probably about $3-$4k; we maybe saved $500-$1000. We had submitted requests to fix the home prior to closing; he had kept our request out of the final paperwork without telling us.He appeared more interested in helping other clients than with helping us.He did not shoe up at times for things and he would send someone else in his place without telling us ahead of time.I would not suggest him to anyone l knew.
