4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We have had several offers accepted in multiple offer situations because the selling agent felt most comfortable with our experience and knowledge of the business. Getting the deal closed is the name of the game.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had to be licensed to manage Foreclosures for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. This was a contract position and after our contract expired, I moved into selling homes.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
The School of hard knocks! If you do anything for 10,000 hours...you are there. If you need training, maybe you don't have enough experience.
