From my experience, his team is a high volume organization and do not make an effort in establishing a relationship with the Client. There was a lack of communication throughout the entire process and I was routinely handed off to other employees in the company when I asked for help or recommendations on what to do next. I worked with at least 4 different realtors. I expressed my issues with them and asked to end the contract 2 weeks early - I was told Mark would not allow this.
