Mark has been in the real estate business for years and has such a thorough understanding of market trends and how best to sell or buy homes. We have dealt with other agents for past home listings and I've always been turned off by the high pressure that so many of them use with clients. But that's not Mark! We always felt like we had a friend helping us, and he doesn't ever want to see his clients end up buying or selling a home, they aren't 100% comfortable with. In fact, I can honestly say that your satisfaction seems to be his driving force, it's his main objective. He knows, keep your clients happy, and you've got a repeat customer! I really appreciated how patient Mark is, and how he explains every step of the process to his clients. You never have to feel dumb for asking questions. He can break down pricing strategies, and marketing analysis, so that anyone can understand them. We always felt that our best interest was his number one priority. Although having been in the real estate industry for many many years, Mark has fairly recently joined with Compass Realty, and we were really happy with the service they provide. Compass offers an interest free loan of up to $70k to home sellers, to fix up their home with repairs and updates, to get it in the best possible condition to bring it to market. This allows your home to sell for more than whatever it's previous outdated condition is, fetching a higher price for the seller as well as a better commission for the agent and the agency. It's a win-win all around. And is especially helpful if you don't have that much liquid cash to do all of the improvements before the sale. Mark knows all the right people to bring in, to help transform your home and get it to market. He makes things happen but never pushes anything. Which I greatly appreciate. He explains every phase and every step. Zero pressure ever! Mark is just a genuinely nice guy, who exhibits honesty and integrity and great depth of knowledge in his field. He will continue to be our go-to realtor whenever we are in the market to buy or sell. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks for all of your help Mark!
