Mark and his team did an amazing job with both the sale of my condo and the purchase of a new home! My condo was listed for 4 days total before I had multiple offers on it. I accepted one and during the process that fell through and my condo was back on the market. Within 15 hours Mark and his team had another showing scheduled, offer submitted, and accepted. When I was searching for a new home I saw the perfect house for myself and my family (all 8 of us). When I clicked on it, the description said "All offers due by noon on XX/XX date" I looked at the clock and it was 10:15 on that date. I reached out to Mark and he got working immediately on getting us into see the house. We were able to meet over my lunch break, discuss the options and submitted an offer that was accepted!
