Mark Crystal as my Realtor has been with me on trying to sell my late Mom's house since March of 2021. She passed away on 9 Jun 2021, the same week her house came on the market after I was able to get it ready for sale (new carpet, paint, clean out etc). Mark gave me some great point of contacts, ie: contractors/painter, lawyers as I started my process on selling my Mom's house.Mark was dedicated from the beginning and there were many lessons learned throughout this period on the selling process for me and Mark was there to help me get through the friction of selling my late Mom's house.We both made assumptions/assessments, some were validated, some were not. There were friction points within this process with my late Mom's associated property issues (mortgages, bills, taxes, etc) that supported the sale of the property were difficult to validate at times, but Mark and I as a team got through them through the last few months. Mark was also able to have multiple buyers (I believe a total of 3) to see the house with 2 of them falling through. Finally, the last buyer came through and was able to buy the house. In the end Mark was able to ensure that the coordination with the other realtor, escrow/title company, and my Estate Lawyer was completed up until settlement on 1 Oct 2021 and then final subsequent actions post settlement working with me and my Estate Lawyer.Mark is a dedicated Realtor and I recommend him to others trying to sell their property within Reading, Pa.Thx Mark C!Doug D.

We were on vacation when we contacted Mark about putting out house on the market so we could move. We wanted to move fast since the school year was coming and we wanted to make the move before school started for our son. Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND! While we were still on vacation Mark went to our house, decluttered, mowed the lawn (it hadnt been done in over a week because we were away) , and had a professional photographer come in and get the pictures of the house for the listing.We got home and met with Mark he was all ready with our contract, comps, and we went live that day! Mark kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and was incredibly responsive any time we had any questions. Closing was a simple and smooth. I cant say enough how much I recommend Mark!

Mark went above and beyond his duties as a realtor. He helped me dispose of old appliances and loading things that I was moving. Mark always responded immediately to any questions I had. He gave me guidance in preparing for the open house and produced an amazing video that helped sell my house. Mark also did a great job negotiating with the buyers agent and got me the most money for my house. He is very knowledgeable of the Exeter Township real estate market and I would highly recommend him.
