Mark is an exceptional realtor! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate industry. Mark is very thorough and paid attention to even the smallest of details. He quickly responded to any questions that we asked and put us at ease. In addition, Mark provided a 3D tour, plus many, many, photos of our listing. Anyone looking at the listing had a complete picture of the home, prior to any in person viewings. The home sold quickly, had multiple offers and sold well over the asking price. We felt like we had the absolute best representation throughout the process. I highly recommend Mark and we will hire him again for any future real estate transactions!
Mark was AMAZING to work with! We were first time home buyers and really unsure of the process. Mark made sure we knew exactly what steps we needed to do and walked us through everything very seamlessly! He helped us get our dream home. He went to bat for us every step of the way negotiating everything for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We can't say enough good things about him. He is VERY knowledgeable. When our lender fell threw Mark was able to help us find a new lender and get all of our stuff completed before closing! He was great at keeping us informed of every step and was able to answer every question we had about the process. Thank you Mark for being the BEST and helping us get the house we wanted!
We have now been through 3 transactions (job relocation, don't ask... *smh*) working with Kate Ward on the Cooper team and she is AMAZING. Real estate can be such a roller coaster experience but Kate was cool, calm, and collected throughout the whole process. While Kate was never pushy with her advice, in retrospect it is clear that we made the most progress with our listings whenever we just did whatever she recommended! We had to move out of town before our home sold, and she was extremely helpful with all of the logistical issues that came up being hundreds of miles away. The office staff was also very helpful and the transactions themselves went very smoothly. Kate has lots of connections with area contractors, stagers, etc. which made things much easier. So, to summarize: do yourself a favor and call Kate Ward!
What a fantastic experience we had with Mark and Connie. They were very professional, incredibly responsive and helped guide us through the nuance of home buying. Mark did a great job negotiating our final contracts and kept us focused on the important details of the transaction. Mark was very patient as we took our time with our search -- never pressuring to look at houses. We did it on our schedule, within our budget and his team took work off of our plates when we got to paper work. Mark also sold our house for us in 4 days! Perfect idea of timing to get the most impact of the market. His 3D scanning software was great and really showed our house well. We got near top dollar for our neighborhood and he pushed the buyers to move fast. Great stuff. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Highly recommend.
Dawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since the moment we met her she was personable and invested in us as clients, but at the same time being patient with us and accommodating as we started our search for a home. She was very flexible all the time and we could contact her at any time very easily. She really demonstrated to have our best interest in mind at all times, and not just selling us a home. I am thankful we met Dawn as it made our home buying experience meet our needs as first time buyers. She also sold our home within a week of being listed! I highly recommend her!

She stuck with us for almost 3 years to find the perfect home for us. We would call her out of the blue and she was quick to respond. She was also very understanding that my husband and I work opposite hours and was able to work around that.

As first-time homebuyers, having educated and trustworthy relators was extremely important to us. We could not have hoped for a better experience with the Cooper Team! Throughout the process we worked with every member of the team and we were always impressed how kind, prompt, and thorough they were. Mark and Connie truly went above and beyond. They showed homes when it worked with our schedule, sometimes very little notice, and were always happy to answer our many questions. We never felt rushed and really appreciated the constant communication we had with them. We trusted their expertise and knew that we could rely on them to notice the little details of a house that could lead to bigger concerns. They helped us go from anxious to confident and excited during the homebuying process and we would recommend them wholeheartedly!
I was looking for a home with about a two month window as I was moving here from Chicago with my current home under contract. My wife and I came down to Chesterfield for 2 weekends to look at homes. Since we were unfamiliar with the huge difference in price between the Chicago Market and the Chesterfield Market, it was clear that we were never going to be fairly represented in a negotiation. Our Remax Edge agent could not provide us adequate comps for the home we settled on buying. One of the comps was an active listing???!!! Not once did I receive a complete answer to the often asked question by me "Is this a good price for this house"? Our realtor was interested in making the most possible out of the deal, rather than finding us the type of home we needed for a decent price. During one negotiation, he let a home get away that according to him "Had a substantially higher offer than yours", but later on we saw on the final sale that the offer accepted was the exact same offer we had made on the home. The agent (the owner of the business) even told my wife and I that we tested his patience. That's odd, spending a couple weekends looking at homes, when you know we are going to buy, and making a $7,000 commission, shouldn't require that much patience. We needed an honest agent, with honest representation, and we were let down. We way overpaid for the home. Agents tend to take advantage of out of towners around here I guess!
