Mark Bisbee is a true professional. What impressed us it that after a neighbor sold their house in the area, he cold-called us (about 6 months before we were ready to sell). This kind of salesmanship is what sold us initially. Then after meeting with Mark, expressing our needs, and timeline, he was a true professional- he pays attention to detail and helped us through the process to the fullest extent possible. Mark was very professional and was easy to deal with. He worked very hard to find me the perfect home. He is easy to reach and answers all his phone calls/text messages/emails. He has a great understanding of what your looking for and works extremely hard to find the perfect home for you. First I'd like to mention that when no started the process it was near a long weekend. So when I started looking for homes Mark was very attentive to my needs. He was very quick to respond when I had questions and concerns and was also very helpful in looking for situations that might affect our ability to get funding (fha loan). Mark was very hard working in producing a list of viable homes and even sacrificing his fourth of July to show me a home I was interested in. Mark helped my husband and I buy our first home back in 2008. We were very green to the whole experience and Mark was nothing short of wonderful! He was very patient with me and my checklist of requirements for the home, and was always available when I had one of my million questions to ask. When we decide to put this home on the market and search for another there is no question as to who we will call. As long as we're in Southern California Mark will be our realtor of choice.
