As former British Royal Navy Officer, who joined the navy as a junior enlisted sailor at 16-years' old and served for 31 years before leaving as a Senior Officer, my entire career has been centered around service, loyalty, honestly and integrity; skills integral to being a successful Real Estate professional. Leveraging my experience as a successful manager, I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, social media expertise, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with my clients' interests always at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my client's to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. My wife and I interviewed Mark Berry and his plan in marketing our home; we decided to ask him to represent us because we believed he is a man of honesty, integrity and hard work and it turned out that he is all of that. We were moving out of state; and we believed Mark is the person who we could depend on to handle everything from start to finish while we were far away and yes, he took care of everything. Never in our minds had we concern. He always kept me informed via emails, text messaging, and phone calls. He had always answered emails, messages, and phone calls right away; if it was after late evening hours, he would answer first thing in the morning. With Mark, it gave me peace of mind because he was on top of and took care of everything. For our home sale, after Mark put in on market, there were about 7 or 8 days of showings, and we got an offer for the house before a planned open house that weekend. Our experience with Mark had been a great experience and should there be an opportunity we would look for him for his services if we are buying or selling home in the future.

This is my first move in 30 years and so much has changed. I am beyond thankful the I had Mark Berry to respectfully guide me through the process. He is what I call a detail guy, especially reading the contract and making sure everything we wanted was covered.
