Mark spent many years selling software and staffing solutions. While successful with these endeavors, the satisfaction of closing a big sale never really hit home. Shaking hands with CEO's and CFO's after a closed transaction was a fleeting moment in time, lacking personal satisfaction and the sense of accomplishment. He never felt the personal connection nor the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of his clients. Software and staffing were very impersonal types of sales transactions. Mark needed to feel that he was making a difference in people's lives and have a sense of purpose with his career. With real estate, each day is something new and Mark loves meeting people and listening to their stories. He wants to be the difference in this industry and not look at his clients as a "transaction" but see them as someone who's writing a story in life and is giving him the opportunity to have a chapter. Mark wants to help them, educate them and see their eyes light up when they leave the closing with the keys! This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Mark is, and the type of agent he continuously strives to be for his clients. Mark was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he worked hard. Mark was raised in Smithfield, RI with 2 siblings. As a child, Mark had aspirations of being a computer analyst. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life. As the years went by, Mark worked his way from selling business forms and computer supplies to ERP software, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Mark entered the real estate industry 6 years ago when the urge to act on his interest in real estate was finally consuming his every thought. He set out to help his clients realize their dreams of home ownership. As his career advanced, Mark found his stride working with buyers and sellers in Southern New England. He's an expert in working with first time home buyers and with members of our greatest generation now looking to downsize. Throughout his career, Mark has earned numerous accolades, including: Rookie of the Year - 2016 Platinum Sales Award ($6M plus in sales/yr) - 2017, 2018, 2019 Diamond Sales Award ($10M plus in sales/yr) - 2020, 2021 Mark lives in Coventry, RI with his wife Norma, sons Cory and Joe and Ruby, his Shih Zhu puppy. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and coaching baseball. Mark aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
