Mark sold our house in approximately 2 days and was able to get more than our asking price when 2 potential buyers were competing against each other for the sale. Mark responded fast to all the questions we had and he provided all the guidance that was needed to close the sale on schedule. He also recommended that we do several house inspections that he knew the buyers would be asking about. This action reduced the time that was require for us to respond to the buyers full house inspection. We highly recommend Mark and he will be our first choice when we sell again.
