ZillowVERIFIEDEven though he may be young in the industry, he was absolutely knowledgeable, very attentive to detail, and willing to do what is necessary. We were causally browsing when we found our "Forever Home" and he helped us get there. Not to often does a relator tell you that the our decision to sell through a Commercial Flipper Company and was the right decision for our circumstances so that we could be in escrow for the home quicker than doing the normal route. One of the best things that I believe helped us get results is how he guided us through negotiations to get $65K below Asking Price!!!! Another is his social skills and networking relations which was really critical with this deal. With out his working relationship to the other agent we would have been rejected by the sellers. I will definitely recommend him to others for buying or selling a home.
