Marjorie Youngren and her team did an exceptional job as our selling broker. She coordinated the photographer and staging company, both of whom did an excellent job showcasing our home. She also provided an extremely helpful list of recommended vendors and personal recommendations from which we selected the handyman, electrician, junk disposer and moving company for our sale and move. Marjorie was ALWAYS available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. We were impressed with Marjorie's level of knowledge about our hometown and the surrounding area and as a result, she was able to help us determine the right sales price to generate the most interest from potential buyers. We ended up getting several competing offers and our house was under agreement within a couple of days of the showings.
