We are new to the area, and needed to make several trips from another state to look at homes over the course of several months. Maritta took us to over 70 homes (maybe over 100?) over that time and was very helpful in going to see homes and recording video walk-throughs when we found homes that we were interested in, but not able to come visit in person quickly. She is also part of a great team, so on the rare occasions where she would not be available, she always made sure that someone else on the team was available to work with us. We were able to get great advice from her and other members of the team that helped us sometimes notice potential problems with a home, or also to determine other things that looked like potential problems were not really a problem. We trusted their judgment, and in the end we wound up putting in an offer on the house we bought before we were able to see it in person ourselves, partly because of walk-throughs and feedback that we trusted from Maritta.
