About Marithza McFadden

Marithza McFadden began her career in the retail industry over 25 years ago. Her experience as a Retail Manager, Human Resource Leader and Showroom Owner has lead her around the world. She has worked with such retailers as Saks Fifth Avenue, Ann Taylor, Bergdorf Goodman, H&M, JC Penney,and Barneys- Beverly Hills. Upon reflection, she realized that she had a knack for placing employees in positions that fit their personality and enjoyed working with people. When in Los Angeles, she shifted gears after opening up the Barneys in Beverly Hills and became a fashion market editor and stylist for celebrities. During this time she welcomed her first son and enjoyed having the flexibility to watch him grow. Upon moving back to New York, she ran into a friend in the entertainment industry who suggested she pursue a career in real estate. She attended Real Estate Institute of NY in Manhattan and passed her state exam 3 months later. She joined Rapid Realty which is a rental agency. After one year, she moved to Keller Williams Realty NYC Group. As a buyers agent with the Melvin Moore team for 2 1/2 years in the Scarsdale office, she was able to quickly convert rental leads to first time buyers. Because of her buyer consultations, clients were at ease working her and seemed to follow her lead. With the experience of retail under her belt, Marithza is a force to be reckoned with. She is currently working out of the Bronx location.

Shes awesome. Marithza helped me with the difficult task of selling my mothers home. I previously dealt with another agent and the house sat on the market for 6 months with 0 showings and no offers. Marithza was a great joy to work with. We hit it off right away aEUR" but I think most people would hit it off with her. I'm picky though expecting to be treated professionally. This was my 4th real estate purchase, but Marithza added knowledge I did not have about local support people and she was very good at helping me work out difficulties in my path. Shes the best!
