Where do I beginaEUR| I can list up all the great things about Marissa all day long and really, cannot appreciate enough about everything she has done. She is the real hero who is not only professional but also caring and supportive during the entire house hunting journey. As a first time home buyer, I bombarded her with so many questions but she was so patient and proficient walking us through from taking baby steps to making the final decision. We shared our needs and preferences with Marissa in the beginning and I was truly touched by her passion and all the effort she put into looking for what we wanted. Being first time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions as well as questions we didn't even know we would have! Marissa made the entire experience seamless and stress free from start to finish. She is extremely professional, responsive, collaborative, and knowledgeable about the area we were interested in. She was diligent in her process and listened closely to our likes and dislikes so that she could take all of that into consideration when searching for our perfect first home. Marissa was also incredibly helpful when it came time to write up an offer, counteroffer, and complete all necessary closing paperwork. Even with a very short escrow period (only 24 days!) Marissa took the time to ensure she was explaining all of the real estate jargon in layman's terms so we understood what we were signing and agreeing to. Marissa was great at keeping us organized and on top of the many to-do list items that come up during the home buying process, as well as communicating with the listing agent and other parties to ensure that all of our needs were met. On top of her exceptional real estate skills, Marissa was overall kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. With such a big decision, Marissa never once made us feel pressured or pushed to do something we were not comfortable with. So, if you're looking for an agent who will not only find you exactly what you're looking for, but also leave you feeling informed and secure in the biggest purchase you'll probably ever make--Marissa is the one!
