I met Marissa at an open house in my neighborhood in 2019 and told her of my intentions to sell my house in 2020, then covid hit. I decided not to list my house and wait out the pandemic. Marissa continue to send me market updates, blog posts, and even state and nationwide info. She reached out and asked if I needed food, water, or even just to talk-I was taken aback by her eagerness to help in ways outside of her normal day to day tasks.
