Marisol and her team have a strong, easy to follow process for selling a home. She was able to get an above asking offer on our home before the official listing using a 'Coming Soon' strategy and multiple offers above asking after the initial listing. Our house was under contract within days of the official listing. Marisol has very strong negotiation skills in many respects and we are thankful we had her by our side throughout the process. The agency she works for also donates a percentage of commission to local charities which is amazing and makes the whole process a lot more meaningful.
