Marisa Bauer

I grew up in the Truckee, Lake Tahoe area before heading off to college at San Diego State University. There I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. I then moved to the San Francisco area and began my Real Estate career with Prudential-The Bayhill Team in 2004. I was so lucky to begin my career with this team, learning from the best during a HOT, HOT market! I feel that I have really proven that my methods are tried and true, first in the Bay Area when I worked on the #1 Team in Northern California Region of Prudential for many years and today working with my amazing teammates here in Chico. I feel that I bring a wealth of knowledge (and fun!) to our team. I enjoy this career immensely because I really love meeting new people and helping them get into their next home. I communicate easily and openly, with not only my clients, but all parties involved during the transaction from start to finish. I have been living in Chico since 2007 with my husband Matt, daughter Caitlyn, and son Bode. I am proud to call Chico my home, and know that my children will grow up here amongst plenty of friends with many great memories. When not out showing property I enjoy working out, running, coaching my kids soccer, snowboarding, hiking and anything active with my family and friends!
