Dear Friends, I have been an Angelino since 1965 when my family and I immigrated to the United States from Nicaragua. Living in Los Angeles has given me the ability to live among a melting pot of cultural diversity. This is why I love working with people. I have been married now for over 40 years with the love of my life. We have successfully raised two amazing boys into adulthood, which I consider one of our greatest accomplishments. I love what defines the family unit, and the foundation of a HOME. I was very fortunate that at an early age my parents instilled the value of family, hard work, and education as fundamental values for our family. It was these same values, that my wife and I used to continue the foundation of our family. Because of this, I have been a Real Estate Professional Since 1990. Since that time, I have been fortunate to have helped hundreds of first time home buyers achieve the American dream of home ownership. I have also helped many Sellers upgrade, downsizes and liquidate properties due to life changing situations. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than to succeed in helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, and be a resource to them when they have questions about their homes.
