Mario is extremely knowledgeable in the field. He has been doing this for a long time and it shows. His work ethic is unparalleled and he will 100% pick up the phone or call you back. Something so simple, yet so hard to come by these days. We told him our criteria, and he took a week or so to find exactly what we asked for, in an area and market above our expectations. He made the process a breeze. We got the property a few years ago as our first primary residence. Right now it stands as our first investment rental property that is cash flowing really well. Melissa was great! I would highly recommend her for rental or buying. Would definitely ask for assistance in the future if I need to purchase a home. As a first time home buyer taking this big step seemed like a daunting task, but after just my initial meeting with Melissa I was put at ease. She took the time to explain the entire process to me and answer every question I had from start to finish. During our showings at various homes she was very honest and always made it clear that she was looking out for my best interest. Once we found the home I ultimately made an offer on, she was a tremendous help coordinating everything and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
