Marina did an outstanding job with the sale of my home. She came in and helped with all the fine tuning of my property inside and out. Her open house brought in way more potential buyers than could have ever imaged. She continuously kept us updated on the entire process of the sale and assisted with all the closing procedures. Marina was so professional and got a deal done in 1 hour upon putting a sign outside my in laws property. She helped my elderly in laws navigate the process and sold the house for top dollar. My wife and I managed the sale remotely from North Carolina and Marina stepped in to meet with the buyer and inspectors throughout the process. She also put us in touch with a mover organizer who helped my in laws scale down their belongings to down size to their next living space. My Experience w/ Marina Friedman was a very Rude & Hostile one, I called to speak to her about an offer i placed on a property i really liked, her & her seller denied me the opportunity to do so, when i called to speak to her the moment she took my call i felt the unnecessary aggression and was rushed off the phone, including "hanging up on me" as my wife tried to ask questions for concerns we had, There's many valuable and resourceful agents in NJ, Unfortunately she just isn't one of them, Do your due diligence, Look Elsewhere.
