The first step and most important step in purchasing a home is getting prequalified to find out how much home the buyer can afford. I work with several mortgage reps that can help

I would advise all sellers to get a comparative market analysis before putting their home on the market. Real Estate markets are constantly changing so it is important to view comps to avoid overpricing or underpricing in order to get top dollar for their home.

I work with buyers sellers and investors

Recently I was able to save my buyer I represented $20,000. I negotiated a very good deal

I got started in Real Estate after selling my own home with a Real Estate Agent. I enjoyed the process
