I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Joslyn Noonan. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. She was on top of sending new listings in the neighborhoods I was searching in and showing me them at the drop of a dime. She would give me tips on things to look out for during a showing. It all started when I got connected with her through Zillow, I told her which home I wanted to see and everything was going great until I got here and she sent someone else. That agent lied about the offer she put in for our house, so when we complained to our loan officer, he went to see what was going on and then Marilyn said she?d just take us from here on out. Thinking everything would be fine now that we had the person who was supposed to be our agent in the first place. Every time we were supposed to meet she was always 10-20 minutes late. She told me to get the utilities turned on for our closing day, when I asked her what do we need turned on she told us she didn?t know and to call around. Our closing was delayed 4 times, it ended up running past my lease agreement so I had to stay in a hotel. On the day of closing they delayed it until 7pm when it was supposed to be at 4 because of ?traffic? so I didn?t even get into the house until 9pm, and then they made me drive to a weird location to pick up the house key, when they told me they would drop it off, they left the realtor house key thing on our door now we have to figure out how to get it off. She seemed like she didn?t know what she was doing and never communicated with us, like we would call and she would forward the calls, we would text and she would ignore them. I?m glad we had an amazing mortgage banker we could call at any time otherwise we would?ve been screwed. As a first time buyer this was honestly unacceptable and we deserved better.

Joslyn is a Great Agent. She was very patient and flexible with us when it came to the whole process. She is very organized and gave us many tools such as our home buying/ binder with everything we need to keep ourselves organized. It had been 20 years since the last time we purchased a home and the process had changed a great deal. Part of her tool box are the many recommended contacts for different service we needed for our move from Finance professionals to a handymen and other services that we didnt think we need but did. Even a year later she continues to check in with us. With the rates lower now then when we first made the purchase recommended again a loan officer and company for a refi which is going to again save us even more.
