ZillowVERIFIEDI recently worked with Marilyn and was not impressed. She was very knowledgeable and professional. However, she did not prove that she was actually working to sell our house. I had to ask 3 separate times for pictures to be added to the listing (and then Nicole was the one who finally did it for me). I was contacted by more than one person (via Facebook) whom I did not previously know that said that Marilyn was simply not interested in showing them our house. This still confused me as to why. When I questioned her, she acted like it was issues with the loans, but I don't see strangers with the same exact story being a coincidence. After nearly 2 years on the market, I decided to try another realtor. When I contacted Miley's about pulling my listing, Marilyn got rude with me on the phone. Nicole up front was very nice when I stopped in to pick up my keys! Overall, there was extremely little communication. It honestly seemed that since my house wouldn't be bringing a big check that it was just an inconvenience to them. Would I recommend Marilyn? No.
