1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with an experienced agent. Make sure they explain the process so you understand all your options. Be careful if you are looking at a for sale by owner and request help from your realtor or an attorney.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose an experienced realtor and understand their marketing program. Today’s realtor should have a great internet presence, a team of professionals around them to give you the support and success you deserve.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with both experienced and 1st time sellers and buyers. We cover all price ranges from starter homes to luxury homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We recently worked with another agent who had the buyer for one of our listings. At the last minute their loan was denied. We secured another lender for the other agent that was able to help her client. We will be closing this sale for our seller!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
40 years ago, I enjoyed my own 1st home purchase process. With a degree in marketing it seemed a good fit! It had been a rewarding and successful career!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I hold extra designations, Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert. I attend 3-4 conferences and educational training each year for further education and idea exchanges.
