Marilyn is a wonderful, professional realtor. My husband and I were interviewing realtors in August to sell our Ferndale home. We had pretty much made up our minds. Our tenants at the time had just bought a home using Marilyn and insisted we give her a call. We called and asked if she could meet us? She said aEURoeyes, give her 20 minutes and meet at WoodsaEUR? After our meeting we decided to use Marilyn. She sold our home in about 30 days. We had already moved to Bothell and it was difficult to meet all the different people involved in selling our home.
