Marilee is responsible for helping me avoid foreclosure by making the sale happen quickly. We were under contract with a buyer within 2 months and, when they walked away, she remembered that another buyer had shown quite a bit of interest in the house. She quickly made contact with their realtor and the house was back under contract in no time. It was this decision that ultimately sold the house before the bank took it.Also, anytime I needed to make contact with Marilee, she was never more than a half hour from responding.
